90 Day Challenge Get ready for warm weather Every year around this time I challenge myself to get in the best possible shape before spring. I go all out for 90 days, I will do everything PERFECT for 90 days. For 90 days I will do the following Eat 6 meals a day x 90 days= 540 meals without missing 1 5 of those meals will have ample amounts of broccoli or dark green lettuce or cucumbers or green beans or asparagus I will have 45grms of Protein with every meal from Metabolic Drive Protein{ a Blend, not whey or 95% lean Beef or Chicken Breast or Lean Steak. I will have 1 yam with my second meal of the day for 30-60 days and then drop it for the last 30-60 days I will Have 2 scoops of Biotest Surge{The Best workout and post Wo shake made} befor my resistance workouts and 2 scoops post workout with 5 grams of German grade Creatine. I will wait 45 minutes then have my Perfect Morning Shake Which will consist of 1/2 cup of mixed berries, 1/2 cup of oats, a handful of broccoli and 1 tomato blended with 30 oz of water for the MOST PERFECT BREAKFAST I will consume 12 grams of Healthy fats from omega 3-6-9 fatty acids and or flax seeds for each of my last 5 meals of the day I will consume 4 Biotest Flameout fish oils everyday. This is the Lexus of all Fish Oils. There is a reason most fish oil pills are cheap. I will consume 2 FIBER shakes a day which will include ground flax meal and Psyllium husks which will give me 50 grams of soluble and insoluble fiber I will take 4 TBSP of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar a day spread out I will drink 8 Green Tea Bags a day and or some black coffee {both are super antioxidants} I will drink 1 gallon of water a day as my only liquid I will drink, no diet pop at all I will NOT eat anything other than what is listed above, NOTHING for 90 days I will cycle Tribex Gold {Natural Testosterone Booster for men} for 90 days I will take a veggie-based multi vitamin-mineral pack I will also take ZMA before bed I will TRY to get 8~9 hours of sleep every night, TRY, this is the hardest thing for me I will avoid drinking alcohol, I go out very infrequently so this is a none issue, I normally have about 4-5 beers a month I will exercise {weights or sprints} every day for 90 days with maybe a couple days off depending how my recovery is The majority of my workouts will consist of $ exercises, deadlifts, sumo-deadlifts, stiff deadlifts, squats, presses Workouts will last 60 minutes max. AFTER warm ups I do this every year right around this time of year, why you ask. I do this because I think it is so freaking cool that I can change my body and health through hard work and dedication. I also love to do this because 99.999% of normal people can't pull this off and I can, that really motivates me, being able to do something that most can't even imagine doing. I like improving my health, I love looking not like most people, I like looking good naked, I like veins popping all over my body. I kind of like the feeling when I'm run down, hungry and feeling like crap because I know I'm in a fat burning stage. My blood pressure is rising just writing this, I know many of you think I am whacked but that's just how I feel, I absolutely can't wait to begin my 90 days. This year I am extending the invitation to all interested in joining me for 90 days. I AM NOT asking you to do as I am, you may, but how strict you wish to go is entirely up to you. The reason I am making this a group effort is because people do better when working in a group, competition brings more determination. I would like to make it like our own little contest. You don't have to purchase a plan to be in the challenge, but if you are following your own plan I will need approve what you are doing as far as your meals and workouts to qualify.
