For 22 g of protein, combine one level scoop (30 g) with 8 oz of cold water. For 44 g of protein, combine two level scoops with 16 oz of cold water. For 66 g of protein, combine three level scoops with 24 oz of cold water. Mix thoroughly in a blender for 20 seconds, or in a shaker for 30 seconds.
