a Healthy meal plan that will allow you 1
FREE meal a day to eat what ever you desire
and still boost your health and energy
levels. The free meal will be totally up
to your discretion as far as what and how
much you want to eat. Your results
will depend on what you do with this meal,
if it turns in to a all out binge with
appetizers-meal-dessert your results will
suffer.
This plan will include 5 Healthy Meals,
you can have 4 or 5 healthy meals and 1 free
meal. I advise 5 small healthy meals and 1
free meal for optimum results.
The bottom line is that you WILL make
progress as long as you get 4-5 healthy
meals in and don't go totally overboard on
your free meal.
Some of the healthy foods on this plan will
include 95% Beef, Lean Pork, Lean Steaks,
Fish, Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Protein Powder &
Bars, Chicken, Eggs, Turkey, whole-wheat
pitas, potatoes, yams, oatmeal, fruit &
Veggies.
