Bodybuilder Show Pre-Made Plan

 

This plan will help you achieve a lean ripped muscular physique required to be competitive in a bodybuilding show. 

I believe many pre-contest diets are too low in calories and result in sever muscle catabolism. To be competitive you not only need to be lean but you also MUST be muscular and starving yourself is NOT the answer.

 Some of the healthy foods on this plan will include 95% Beef, Lean Pork, Lean Steaks, Fish, Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Protein Powder & Bars, Chicken, Eggs, Turkey, potatoes, yams, oatmeal, flax seeds, fruit & Veggies.

1~2 scoops Protein Powder mixed w/ water

Lean Meat

Handful of Nuts
