The MRP plan is for a very busy person with
little time to fix meals.
MRPs are Meal replacement drinks, they are
powdered Protein + Carbs and vitamins and minerals, they can
be mixed with water or milk to make a delicious shake.
This plan will be consist of Meal Replacement
Drinks for most of your meals and a couple food meals. This
plan can be devised according to whatever you are trying to
accomplish, fat loss,
weight and
muscle gain, or to just become
HEALTHY.
You pick the foods you will eat from My List and how many
food meals a day you wish to have. I send you a list of all
the Meal Choices and all you do is choose the foods you
desire to eat.

This plan is very effective because it's easy with very
little food prep. It also allows you a couple food meals a
day to keep you satisfied as far as your appetite.
The shakes come in a powder and are mixed with water or milk
depending on your goals. The type of protein is a mixture of
Whey, calcium caseinate and milk proteins. I don't
recommend a 100% Whey formula because this formula is broken
down by the body very fast and this will leave you very
hungry throughout the day. The blend of whey and milk
protein is a thicker more filling, slower digested and MUCH
better quality Protein than 100% Whey
Mixing~The shakes are easy to mix, no blender is needed,
just add water or milk, some ice and shake up in the
provided Protein Shaker Cup
Taste~These shakes are absolutely delicious and come in
either Chocolate or Vanilla for Gain
