Skinny Bastard Pre-Made Plan This meal plan is for those of you can't gain weight and I eat all time people. Gaining weight is simple, if your not gaining you must increase your food plain and simple. Gaining weight will require some serious discipline because you basically will be eating ALL DAY LONG. This plan if done correctly for 3 month will put 15-25lbs on your body, but you better be ready to do some serious eating. This plan will consist of 6 meals a day with snacking in between meals. This plan will add some serious muscle to your frame IF you are training CORRECTLY, with mostly heavy compound movements like squats-deadlifts-presses-chin ups.
