The body fat result is just a general estimate. I have checked the formula against some very effective methods and the results were within 2~3% for most people. The group of people it proves to be ineffective is females weighing under 110 lbs.
To get a realistic result try and get a body fat caliper with a formula that calls for 9 spots on the body to be pinched. The body fat a person carries on their physique can tell much about their health.
Scoring a C is considered average but I feel that body fat for a women of 25-28% is far from Healthy. Most people accept average because so many people are pushing High risk zone that a 28% is now average. Don't be average take stock in yourself and learn to eat and exercise to be a healthy person.
