No matter what your desires may be, they can only be achieved if you face reality and decide to eat and train CORRECTLY.  just doing cardio and lifting some weights will not make a lean, muscular and healthy person.

To achieve results you must have a set plan that will help you achieve whatever goals you are after. The way to achieve these goals is through a CORRECT MEAL & EXERCISE ROUTINE.

The way I build a correct plan for each individual is by learning everything about your current ways of eating and exercising. Once you decide on the length of your plan, I will email you a complete detailed personal evaluation that tells me everything I need to know about you to help you achieve your goals.

We then build your entire program to achieve the results you desire.  We work together during this phase through emails. This plan will fit YOUR eating and exercising habits. You will only eat food YOU choose to eat from my list.  Your exercise routine will be designed according to what equipment is available to you.

If you have the drive and desire to make some changes to yourself I can help you immensely. Don't spin your wheels doing completely ridiculous diets. I have made all the mistakes for you, I have learned through trial and error what works and what doesn't.

Cardio Meal # 1 (6:00)

1/4 cup Oatmeal
1/4 cup Mixed Berries

All my exercise programs come with pictures for each exercise so you will know how to perform the exercise, how fast to do the reps{tempo} and how much to rest in between sets and how many reps to do.  My daily routines will be your workout logs that you fill out after each set. The only people who use workout logs are people who are concerned about making progress.

 

The entire time you are working with me you will have my support. All my current and clients agree that this has been the most valuable tool because every thing you will be going through I have gone through EVERY day of my life for the past 20 years. I am there to support you, push you, motivate you, kick you in the ass when you need it, I don't ease up and I'm very honest and up front. I am available to you via email from 7:00am~11:00pm EST. Any questions, comments you have about your meals, exercises, supplements, stress, body fat, food, cheat foods, ANYTHING to do with your health I am there to answer.

 

My goal is NOT to turn you into some muscle bound person UNLESS that's what you desire. Many females are very concerned about building to bulky of a physique. Girls this will not happen unless you take hormones. Many girls believe they will get too big if they lift weights, I'm sorry but this is just not so. Girls have very little Testosterone flowing their bodies and building big muscles is very difficult unless hormones-steroids are used. The main reason girls become bulky is because their body fat levels have increased. I know how to loose body fat and gain lean muscle tissue. I can help you achieve whatever condition you desire.

Working out with or without weights should be part of everyone’s daily routine to achieve a truly healthy body. The key to a progressive exercise routine is to consume a proper diet to compliment your exercise. You can do the perfect workouts but if you don’t learn to eat correctly your hard efforts in the gym will be a waste of time. What you shove in your mouth is 90% of what determines how health, lean & muscular you are.
