Program Information

All my plans are exclusively designed for you and your current lifestyle. From the meal plan to the exercise routine, this plan will be designed around your personal eating likes and dislikes. The workouts will be with what is available to you. This plan will be 100% customized for you and only you with what ever equipment is available to you.

All my programs are in blocks of 35 days or 5 weeks. You will receive a calendar for your 35 days with weight goals from start to finish, like the example below. The reason I set my routines up this way is because over the years I have learned that whenever I was training with no set end date or goal in mind my results were minimal.

 I have always made the most progress when I had a set goal with a exact end date I was working towards. I have also found that clients working towards a specific goal and date made much better progress than just winging it.

When the 35 days are up you get a slight break with 3 low intensity 20-30 minute workouts just to keep active, I call this week your Rest & Recovery Phase.  During this phase I get some feed back from you then make adjustments and I build your next different 35 day routine. Your next 35 days will be a different routine every time to avoid stagnation and to keep making progress every month. I promise you will never grow bored of my workout routines because they are changed every 35 days.

  • The most important thing I have found is my support, Whether you are attempting to gain or lose weight I know exactly what you will be going through. Whatever you are trying to achieve I have been down that path. I know how you will feel, I know how to make tiny adjustments to your meals and exercise routines to keep results coming. I am there to support, push and motivate you, I don’t ease up, you are hiring me to help you achieve ANY goals you desire from muscle gain to fat loss. I am available through email which I monitor all day long. Any questions or thoughts you have about your meals, exercise routine, supplements, stress, body fat, food, motivation can and will be answered immediately during my available times.

 

  • The reason this feature is so key to your success is I do what you are about embark on every day of my life for the past 8 years. I will know everything you will be going through, mentally and physically. When it gets tough I will be there to tell you how to get around it, if your carbs are low I know exactly how you will feel, I have been through it all and have learned from all my mistakes the hard way. When you’re sick you don’t read a book and diagnose yourself and then supply treatment to yourself, you go to the Doctor. Don’t make the same mistake with your health; work with someone qualified who can practice what he preaches on himself and not only with other people. If a trainer can't commit to himself how can you expect him to commit to you.

 

  • I know how to structure and change your workout correctly to avoid motivational downfalls and overuse injuries. Most nagging injuries and staleness occur because of lack of knowledge oh how to properly adjust not only your exercises but the tempo and the intensity.  I am there to support, push and motivate you, I don’t ease up, you are hiring me to get you leaner and healthier.  I am available through email which I monitor all day long.
