Velocity is a perfect way to kick yourself
in the ass into shape. This is a fantastic
way to get a jump start that will quickly
lead you into a NEW and HEALTHY way of
eating.
99% of all people fail at eating
correctly and staying with it is because the

you have to on ANY kind of meal plan, of

This is my only plan I call a DIET
because I would not recommend being on this

some correct resistance work could help you
pack on a few new lbs. of muscle tissue.
The bottom line is that you WILL drop
serious amounts of fat on this diet IF YOU
FOLLOW THE ENTIRE PLAN AS I HAVE OUTLINED.
The average fat loss has been 15~20 lbs and
4~5 inches off peoples waist measurement.
The healthiest thing to do for yourself is
to lower your body fat and this will
accomplish that at a very Rapid rate. Every
day you will get Protein, Fiber & Healthy
Fats with every meal This diet will give 35
grams of fiber a day, 99% of most people
don’t get ½ that eating normal.
This plan calls for 1 food meal a week or
day, you decide! ONE I said, that’s it, no
cooking up meals and packing them in
containers and refrigerating them and then
warming them up and then forcing them down.
